Its cut is not very regular so it is not very aesthetic visually, but its flavor and juiciness compensates for these defects. The acorn-fed Iberian pork prey is a piece that is part of the head of the loin and as such, obtaining it for fresh consumption is not easy. A maximum of two pieces are obtained from each pig, each prey weighing around 500 to 600 grams.
