We mainly work with Iberian hams and sausages from Salamanca and Extremadura. Iberico ham from Salamanca has particular geographical characteristics. This province is
located about 850 meters above sea level (on average), and has a continental climate. In this
area, the hams receive the dry winds from Sierra de Gredos and Béjar during the winter, which is
very favorable for drying hams.
Extremadura certifies the origin and quality of the hams and shoulders of Iberian pigs, bred and
fattened in freedom in the meadows of Extremadura, and later elaborated in natural cellars
within the same area.
